Wir setzen derzeit eines der größten Drohnenprojekte mit DJI-Dock-Technologie nicht nur in Deutschland, sondern in ganz Europa um! 🤩
Dank unserer firmeneigenen, aber leicht implementierbaren Lösungen und der erfolgreichen Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden sowie Solectric GmbH nutzt unser Kunde nun die DJI-Dock-Technologie für den Pipelinebau in Norddeutschland! Die Einsätze finden fast täglich, mehrmals am Tag, statt und werden über die nächsten Monate hinweg fortgesetzt. 🔁

Im Rahmen der ersten Phase, die nur wenige Wochen dauerte, haben wir:
✅ Eine umfassende Bedarfsanalyse durchgeführt und einen Betriebsplan erstellt, der die Route und die Installationspunkte des DJI Docks umfasst
✅ Eine vollständige Betriebsdokumentation (Operation Manual / ConOps) für die Luftüberwachung erstellt, ergänzt durch eine BVLOS-Genehmigung für 25 km in besiedeltem Gelände
✅ Das Operation Manual / ConOps in die Unternehmensstruktur integriert, einschließlich aller Prozesse und Verfahren
✅ Die vollständige Hardware-Implementierung realisiert, basierend unter anderem auf der DJI-Dock-Technologie, der Mavic 3D-Drohne und dem AVSS | Drone Parachute Recovery Systems & Guided Delivery Systems (Fallschirm und FTS)
✅ Die erforderliche STS-Lizenz sowie ein Workshop-Training mit DJI-Zertifikat organisiert
✅ Ein Schulungsprogramm gemäß dem Operationshandbuch entwickelt, inklusive Schulungsmaterialien, Prüfungs- und Zertifizierungstool sowie Anbindung an ein E-Learning-System
✅ Eine Lösung zur eigenständigen Ausbildung neuer Piloten bereitgestellt
✅ Ein System zur Dokumentenmanagement, zur Verwaltung von Piloten, zur Aktualisierung des Operationshandbuchs sowie zur Flug- und Ereignisberichterstattung implementiert
✅ Ein Unterstützungssystem für die ersten Betriebswochen eingerichtet, bestehend aus Hardware- und Dokumentationssupport, Audits und Verfahrensoptimierung

Thanks to our proprietary but easy-to-implement solutions and successful cooperation with the customer and Solectric GmbH, our customer is now using DJI dock technology for pipeline construction in northern Germany! The missions take place almost daily, several times a day, and will continue over the next few months. 🔁

As part of the first phase, which lasted only a few weeks, we have:
✅ Conducted a comprehensive needs assessment and created an operational plan that includes the route and installation points of the DJI Dock
✅ Prepared a complete operational documentation (Operation Manual / ConOps) for aerial surveillance, supplemented by a BVLOS permit for 25 km in populated terrain
✅ The Operation Manual/ConOps integrated into the corporate structure, including all processes and procedures
✅ The full hardware implementation realized, based on DJI dock technology, Mavic 3D drone, and AVSS | Drone Parachute Recovery Systems & Guided Delivery Systems (parachute and AGV), among others.
✅ The required STS license as well as a workshop training with DJI certificate is organized
✅ Developed a training program in accordance with the Operations Manual, including training materials, exam and certification tool, and connection to an e-learning system
✅ Provided a solution for self-training new pilots
✅ Implemented a system for document management, pilot management, operation manual updates, and flight and incident reporting
✅ A support system has been set up for the first weeks of operation, consisting of hardware and documentation support, audits and process optimisation
